In November Vaudio Services received a call from the owner of a nightclub, who explained the club was due to open in four days and that he had been let down by another AV company who had rescheduled the work multiple times but had not commenced the installation. Vaudio Services quoted for the installation and were asked if an immediate start was possible. Technicians from Vaudio Services worked through the night to ensure the job was completed, commissioned and operational well in advance of opening night.

Vaudio Services received a frantic call from a conference centre at 7pm on a Friday night stating that their PA system had a loud buzz in it and they had a wedding booked in the room the following morning. Vaudio Services arrived at site at 8pm, found inferior workmanship to the system from the installing AV company, and the buzz was fixed in time for the bride and groom's arrival.

We had a call out to a client in Buranda who had an entire Audio Visual system installed at great cost but she was still getting static through the speakers when the volume was increased. The previous AV company hadn't installed the system onto the dedicated circuit and as a result interference was coming though the system - Vaudio Services found this issue straight away made the changes and another happy customer was gained.

Vaudio Services recently had the owner of a retail store in the City accept a quotation, stating that the price was 15-20% less than the other quotes she received - the reason being Vaudio Services did a proper assessment of the job by checking the roof cavity and not assuming that access would be complicated. She was impressed that the quote was prepared based on actual work required and not guess work.

A lot of our jobs are simple lamp and filter replacements in corporate boardrooms. Some other companies get you to drop the projector into them for repair - not Vaudio Services - we will come and remove your projector from the ceiling bracket, complete a minor service and the lamp exchange it in our workshop, This allows us to properly perform a service and test the unit for correct and true operation and it's usually re-installed within 24 -48 hours. No need for the client to climb on a ladder or worse, a boardroom table.

A display in a gallery was 2 hours away from opening to a VIP audience when the clients projector showed signs of failing. A frantic call was received from a very upset and concerned client who was extremely worried the show may not happen, Vaudio Services was able to dispatch a technician straight away to site while phone support to the client was happening from our office so once he arrived on site he knew exactly what the issues were and what he would need to address the issues. Guests arrived and all went to plan on time.

A large corporate client asked for an estimate for a new projector and screen to be installed in their boardroom. They asked if it could be bigger and better than their Sydney office but with the same budget. It sure could! We were more competitive on both the labour and equipment. We found the best solution with the best equipment to suit the client's needs and most of all made sure the system worked as specified.

A new client called complaining "The image on our screen keeps falling down". Upon arrival we found that another AV company had installed the client's projector directly onto the ceiling grid. We supplied the correct bracket, installed it securely in place, aligned the image, performed a minor service on the projector, tested all the cabling - which created a perfect result and a repeat customer.
